We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! The first thing we loved was the variety of choices offered for breakfast. There were so many options to choose from, and we were able to start our day with a delicious and satisfying meal. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near several good restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and try different cuisines during our stay. Lastly, we really enjoyed the free internet access. It was a great bonus to have reliable and fast internet connection during our time at the hotel.
There were a couple of things that we didn't like. First, the non-smoking room we requested had a slight smokey smell, which was a bit disappointing.

Stayed in this hotel during Christmas. the decorations were lovely and put us in a festive spirit. Enjoyed the variety of food options at the restaurants and they were amazing. Appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Although the staff was friendly, some of them struggled to understand and speak English which made communication difficult at times. the elevators took quite a long time to arrive, which caused some inconvenience during peak hours.
